We provide emergency repair appointments 365 days a year. All of our service trucks are radio-dispatched and our service technicians are "on-call" 24 hours a day to handle all emergency problems.

Costs are dependant on the material and time required to service your unit. Today's service technicians have the undaunting task of having to keep up with all different types of heating and cooling systems, different brands, new technology, and the introduction of solid-state electronics.

$69.00 diagnostic fee + upfront pricing in Allen County
Outside of county add 20 dollars to diagnostic fee
   -Check refrigerant charge
-Check air filters, replace if necessary
-Check indoor and outdoor coils, clean if dirty
-Check running voltage
-Check and flush condensate drain
-Inspect contactor points
-Inspect capacitors
-Check amperages of motors and compressor		   -Check and clean heat exchanger
-Check electrical connections
-Check temp rise
-Lubricate fan motors
-Check fan blades for tightness
-Check and adjust gas pressure
-Check 1st stage heating
-Check 2nd stage heating
